Actively Teach GAFE Shortcut!

This week I’m presenting at FLANC! I wanted to offer a sneak peak. When students work with Google Slide, I highly recommend you actively teach some keyboard shortcuts to improve their productivity!

I made a short slide deck with GIFs explaining some of my student’s favorite shortcuts!

Make a copy and assign the deck to your students to practice!

Process Feeds in Google Docs

I hope you are all enjoying summer! I wanted to share an idea I have been developing, but didn’t have time to put my ideas together until summer. The idea is centered on being more intentional with how we design resources for students. I have created a new delivery method for content. Teachers can use it to share new content and students can use it to organize their learning process. It boils down to a simple Google Doc that is formatted in a unique way. The best way to experience a process feed is to jump into the formatting on the Google Docs app and read my post through the platform it was designed on!

So, head on over to and read about how process feeds can give students autonomy to record their learning process in a digital classroom!

See you in August with some AMAZING stuff for the new year!
